Employees work in return for payment, which may be in the form of an hourly wage, by piecework or an annual salary, depending on the type of work an employee does or which sector they are working in. Employees in some fields or sectors may receive gratuities, bonus payment or stock options.

It is not permissible to do anything related to usury (RIBA). The money received for such work will be also not lawful (Haraam).

Your Prayer (Salah) in your home city is always full. Your home city remains your home city as far as you still intend to live their in the future. If you have no intention to leave be there any more then it does not remain as your home city.

I work at a pharmacy and had a Muslim female customer during my shift. What are the implications of recommending a clinic for abortion? Since I won't see her again, what should my response be to her?

Abortion is not allowed in Islam at all unless to save the life of the mother. Those who help in abortion except for saving mother's life are committing a major sin and the money earned for Abortion is unlawful. You should advise her not to ruin her life by committing a major sin no matter how much money she might earn, because it is unlawful money and the sinful act will lead to hellfire.

Fabricating work experience is lying or cheating. Islam does not allow lying nor cheating at all. Be always truthful, Allah Will Fund you a way for blessed income.

It is not permissible for a Muslim to help promoting harmful ideas of behavior in any way. Income from unlawful work is also unlawful money.

Child care is more important and it is the best you can do for your child and family and you future in this life and hereafter. Whatever money you might get from working will never compensate the loss of your child when you spend long hours away from him. Child care and looking after your children in fact is the best investment.

My father, a retired government employee in India, received 4 million INR upon retirement made up of 2 million as gratuity, 1 million from the provident fund, and 1 million for unused leave. What portion of this is subject to Khums?

Every saving which is owned for one year or more must be calculated for Khums. If the whole amount which he received on retirement was his right since one year more, then Khums is obligatory on the whole amount. If any portion of it was owned by him before less than one year, then no Khums on that portion until it completes one year in his own ownership or when his date of yearly Khums comes.

You would definitely have enough time in your busy morning, while being awake, to take a 2 minute break and fast. If your employer does not allow it, remove yoursel from this job.

It is a major sin to deliberately not pray, and all the blessings and positivity will be taken away and drained from you if you were to intentionally not pray and take it lightly.

Your most important responsibility is to serve your mother and your family. You should leave your mother unless she wants you to leave to earn and spend on her and your family. Never leave your mother for any worldly aim.

You need to estimate your savings for the previous years and calculate how much you own now. All what you own since one year of more is applicable for Khums which 20%.
