It depends in your local market profit margin but it should not harm the needy people who need the cloth but can’t afford the high price. The Hadeeth say: Sell if you get any profit إذا ربحت فَبِع .

It is good to consider the financial abilities of people when you add your percentage to sell.

There is Hadeeth from Imam Jafar Al-Sadiq (AS) when rejected taking high profit from a businessman who took money from the Imam for business and returned the capital with high profit. Imam refused taking the high percentage of profit and took the capital back.

It is not permissible to wear or use any stolen cloth in any time and any situation. Wearing stolen cloth is not only a sinful act but also invalidates the Prayer.

Wearing red cloth is Makrouh (disliked) for men. If it is fully red not mixed with another colours, but it is not Makrouh if you are sitting at home with your family members. (Wasaa'il Al Shia Hadeeth no. 5804)
